Enroll In Emergency Notification System


Below is a Tutorial on how to Enroll or Unenroll in the BayNavigator Emergency Notification System


Step One: Login to BayNavigator site via OneLogin

Step Two: Click on your MassBay Profile Tile

Step Three: Click Emergency Notification from the menu on the left

Step Four: To Enroll, Select Phone Type

Emergency Phone/Cell - you will receive a phone call on the registered telephone/cellular

Emergency SMS Text message - receive only a text message to a valid mobile device number

If you wish to have multiple modes of communication sent (for example, a call and a text), click the + sign to the right of the Phone Number field to add additional lines to the form.

Step Five: To Enroll, Select Phone Type

Email alert messages are automatically sent to all MassBay email accounts. If you would like to register an optional personal email account: Enter your personal email address in the Emergency Email Address field.

If you are registered for emergency notifications and would like to opt-out of receiving them, please check mark “I do not wish to participate”.

Click SAVE button to save your changes.

**Please note, all changes and updates go into effect overnight at 12AM.**
